Matthew Cummings

Matt Cummings joined the Bonner Center team in December 2011. Matt is an AmeriCorps member at the Bonner Center in collaboration with Tennessee Community Assistance Corporation. Matt holds a dual B.A. from Johnson University in Urban and Biblical Studies. He is currently pursuing his Master of Arts degree at Eastern University in Urban Studies and Community Development. Matt is the director of educational initiatives at the Bonner Center, particularly the Bonner Out of School Time (BOOST) program that provides free afterschool programming for K-8th grade youth in collaboration with the Jefferson City Housing Authority. His area of interests in service are community development and educational justice.
