Located across the street from the First Baptist Church, this 63.693 square foot building was named for former college president Dr. J. M. Burnett.  The building accommodates 288 students.  It has an apartment for the Residence Life Coordinator, a guest room, study rooms, a prayer room, a recreation room, a kitchen, and a laundry room.  The parlor is named for the late Mrs. A. J. Foster in recognition of a substantial gift toward the erection of the building.
