In addition to her role as leader for Carson-Newman's Information Technology Department, Valerie is responsible for directing, planning, and operations of for the Center of Adult and Professional Studies (CAPS).
Valerie brings to Carson-Newman over twenty six years working with computer technology and online learning. Experienced in higher education, k-12 education she specializes in establishing strategy for short and long term institutional direction in the areas of technology, online, and adult education.
