We want to help tell your news. In order for us to be the most effective in covering your event, please submit your request to the University Relations office a minimum of two weeks prior to the event.
Photo coverage will be fulfilled if the event relates to a news event. (This does not apply if the photo request is part of a Graphic Design Work Order Request). The office does not fulfill photo requests for the sole purpose of documenting an event.
Requests submitted with less than the required two-week notice are not guaranteed to be fulfilled.
