Meet the Staff

Resident assistants (RAs) are live-in, part-time, student staff members in residence halls who are chosen through a rigorous selection process. On top of being a student, RAs wear many hats to include:

• Role Model
• Educator
• Resource person
• Ambassador of college policy
• Administrator
• Counselor

RAs are supervised by professional staff members known as a residence life coordinators (RLCs).
