First Year Services

First Year services includes Orientation for new students and First Year Experience.

Conference Services

Carson-Newman opens its campus for groups to hold camps, conferences, events, workshops, retreats, and more. All groups must reserve through the First Year & Conference Services Department. Our department also offers day camps through out the summer for kids 5-14 years old.

Leadership Development

B.O.L.D. or Basics Of Leadership Development is our low ropes challenge course. B.O.L.D. is a fun interactive way for individuals and groups to practice leadership skills. B.O.L.D. has been incorporated into many different areas on Carson-Newman's campus including: academics, clubs, camps, and more. We also offer excursions some are student specific but excursions can be done with any group.
