Alcohol & Drugs
A violation of alcohol or drug laws while enrolled at the University will subject the student to disciplinary action by the University. In addition, the University prohibits the possession, use, distribution or manufacture of alcohol or of illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia, and the misuse or abuse of prescription or over-the-counter drugs, on its property or as a part of any of its activities, including but not limited to off-campus activities sponsored by the University or engaged in by any recognized student organization. Any student who violates the University’s policy is subject to the college’s disciplinary sanctions and to applicable criminal penalties. For further information, see the Alcohol and Illicit Drug Policy section in the Eagle Student Handbook.

Risk and Assessment
The e-CHUG (Alcohol e-CHECKUP TO GO) is an evidence-based, dynamic, on-line alcohol intervention and personalized feedback tool (not a static assessment questionnaire). This tool is designed to motivate individuals to reduce their consumption using personalized information about their own drinking and risk factors. The e-CHUG was designed, and is updated, with the most current and reliable research available. Completing the e-CHUG takes students 20-30 minutes to complete and can provide quick, confidential feedback on multiple occasions to track changes in use and risk behavior.
