Missionaries will work with the Tennessee Baptist Children’s Home located in Chattanooga, TN. Missionaries will connect with and live in cottages of children with very difficult pasts and home lives. Missionaries will conduct afterschool activities with children and teens (elementary through high school), and do daily service projects and “odd jobs” to assist house parents and staff. Missionaries may take some of the children on an off campus “field trip” to participate in local area activities.

Cumberland, KY-- March 16-22, 2013
Missionaries will be serving in an educationally and economically challenged Appalachian area of Cumberland, KY. Missionaries will be working with Club 180 Ministry. Club 180 Ministries
ministers to children and teenagers of Cumberland. This team will be volunteering in the after-school
program of Club 180. Because the literacy rate is so low, Club 180 is in need of teams focusing on reading skills and reading projects. Missionaries will also interact with students through playing games, music, dance, arts and crafts, cooking, sports, and through helping with homework. Other ways this team will serve is through several small service projects at Club 180 as well as within the community of Cumberland.

Greenville, SC-- March 17-23, 2013
Missionaries will be serving two ministries in Greenville, SC. Each afternoon the team will be serving with the after-school program of Frazee (pronounced like daisy) Dream Center. Frazee Dream Center is a free preschool, after-school & summer program for under resourced children and teens in the downtown Greenville area. Missionaries will also be serving with the Diligent Hands Diligent Hearts Ministry of Greenville. Our team will be serving each morning in a variety of ministries such as lawn care for the elderly, helping prepare and serve meals at a local soup kitchen, visiting a nursing home, and other possible service projects in the area. As we show Christ’s love this spring break, come and serve both children and adults of Greenville, SC!
