Leadership Teams (LEAD)

BCM LEADERSHIP TEAM (LEAD TEAM)

THE BCM Leadership Team (aka: LEAD TEAM) is composed of 30-40 students who serve on seven ministry teams to fulfill the BCM Mission. 

These teams include:

• B.A.S.I.C.
• Planning and leading the weekly worship service of BCM
• COMMUNICATIONS
• Getting the word out to students about how to be involved with BCM and BCM Activities
• GROWTH
• Developing student opportunities for Christian growth and discipleship ie: Bible studies, Devotionals, Retreats, Community Groups, Leading DiscipleNows in area churches, etc.
• InReach
• Producing new and creative avenues to reach our campus for Christ and to promote fellowship amongst C-N students. ie: ministries to new students, internationals,encouragement cards, capture the flag, movie nights, etc.
• MISSIONS
• Involving and informing students in/about missions and missions giving. ie: S.P.O.T.S. Mission Opportunities in the fall, spring and May Term, the Tennessee BCM student missions program, and summer/semester career missions opportunites, etc.
• OutReach
• Serving outside the "walls" of C-N to minister to our community and surrounding area. ie: local nursing homes, at-risk children, Appaplachian Outreach, homless, etc.)
• SEED COMPANY (aka: Seed Co.)
• Leading praise and worship music. ie: B.A.S.I.C., Discipleship Now Weekends, Worship Mission Tours, etc.)
