Back to the Creek Week
Every year, the Women of Vision gather for Back to the Creek Week and work to complete a project using their own time and resources. This event is always well attended and a personal favorite of many.
Fite Faculty/Staff Breakroom and Outdoor Lunch area – In Progress
Baker Building and Pederson Nursing Building- 2015's Back to the Creek Week project involved updating the student lounge and map room in Baker Building, and expanding a classroom in Pederson Nursing Building.

Appalachian Center- 2014's Back to the Creek Week project consisted of extensive cosmetic renovations to Carson-Newman's Appalachian Center.
Bonner Center- The Bonner Center requested funding to host an Appalachian Summit on Service-Learning Pedagogy & Practice and to purchase equipment to enhance conference room technology.
The Appalachian Summit on Service-Learning Pedagogy & Practice was held on February 1, 2014 and over forty faculty, staff, students, and community partners from Carson-Newman and regional campuses. The morning was split into two workshop sessions, with multiple presentations for attendees to choose from, and an afternoon of Open Space.
Dougherty Science Center- Women of Vision provided financial support to renovate the lobby.
Tarr Music Hall- Women of Vision provided funding to support the renovation of both a seminar and green room in Tarr Music Hall.
