Honors at Carson-Newman
Carson-Newman’s Honors Program has been providing an enriched university experience for her most gifted and motivated students since 1963. Honors students take specially designed team-taught interdisciplinary courses that tap into their wide-ranging intellectual curiosity. They also take enhanced versions of Introduction to Old and New Testament courses. Their academic program culminates with the senior thesis—a research or creative work completed in close collaboration with a faculty member in the student’s major department (2011-2012 Honors Projects).
